Substitutions on Fresh Flowers

Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, we may make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery if the flowers you requested are unavailable. If we are unable to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided, we will substitute with the closest available flowers or colors.

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time, ensuring that the flowers are as fresh and beautiful as possible. Due to the seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, substitutions are sometimes necessary. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement, considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, we will substitute with another color of daisies, not a different yellow flower. White and cream roses may be substituted for each other, as well as peach and pink roses. Additionally, purple and pink orchids may be substituted for white orchids, and vice versa.

Non-Perishable Gift Items

If you are not satisfied with any non-perishable gift, item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.

Balloons

For ALL balloon orders, we use 17”- 21” MYLAR ballons, with larger sizes available by calling us.

We DO fill your balloons for you. Price will depend on the size of the balloon you provide for filling, starting at $9.99. We would charge accordingly, depending on the size of the balloon.

We DO NOT provide or fill latex balloons on some orders.

Plants

ALL green and blooming plants are special orders and may take up to 1 week for us to receive them. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Occasionally we receive a plant or flower that is not up to our standard of quality that you have become accustomed to. In these instances, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.

All gift baskets are made to order and may take up to 1 week to be delivered. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Call us for all Gift Basket orders.
