Reviews

The flowers were very pretty and delivery was on time. At checkout the cost, fees, etc was a hefty sticker shock.

----
Florist's Response:

I see that you requested a timed delivery ($19.95). I just refunded that fee. Sincerely, Mary Lou

I didn't see the cross in the original photo, and my family is not religious. The flowers were beautiful, and the arrangement was very nice, just slightly off with the additional adornment.

----
Florist's Response:

Thank you for the 4-star review. I do the same thing, don't read the comments in the product information section (crystal cross keepsake). Glad you enjoyed the flowers.
Mary Lou

Zane loves it! Thank you

My Aunt loved this arrangement!

Thank you for this lovely 5* review. Mary Lou

Beautiful!! My daughter in law loved it.

The delivery was a success. My wife was not expecting them and she loves them!

My go to local flower shop when ordering flowers for my mother for her birthday and mothers day! I live in Clearwater but the order online flexibly allows me to order from my laptop and send papa bear (my dad) to pick them up :)

It's always a bit dicey to choose a florist in a different state, but I wanted a local florist to delivery a get-well bouquet. I chose Buds & Bows based on their online reviews and could not have been more thrilled with the results. They sent me a photo of the flowers prior to delivery and then kept me posted via email until the flowers arrived. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and the recipient was so happy. I only wish Buds & Bows were in my state and I would use them every time. Definitely a wonderful establishment that cares about quality!

Fabulous as usual!! My friend's birthday was a day filled with fun and flowers!! She was thrilled beyond measure.
Thank you Buds and Bows! You always come through with flying colors!!

Get flowers, made a elderly woman very happy. On time delivery & excellent all the way around.
Thank you so much.

Buds and Bows Floral Design exceeded expectations with an elegant bereavement bouquet. The flower arrangement was prominently displayed as family and friends entered the church for the funeral. Under somber circumstances, Buds and Bows offered a delicate and beautiful design of perfect blooms.

Florist's Response:

We are honored you chose us in your time of need and thank you for this lovely review. Tonya & Mary Lou

I ordered late in the week, then forgot to pick it up. They emailed and called me and stayed late so I could pick it up. Truly First Class service. Highly recommend Buds & Bows!!!!

Florist's Response:

Happy we could help. Tonya & staff

Buds and Bows has become my go-to in the Melbourne area when in need of flowers for all occasions! I've used them several times and each time they have "delivered" in fine fashion!!

We ordered this beautiful arrangement on line, with a special request to substitute pink roses for the orange roses shown in the menu. Not only were they able to honor our request, but the arrangement sent to our friend's Mother, who had just gotten out of the hospital, is absolutely gorgeous! Her unexpected health issues while visiting from Sweden (with her husband) threw a monkey wrench in many of their vacation plans with their family. But this stunning arrangement helped to brighten her day and lift her spirits immensely! She was so surprised that she cried tears of joy, and her entire family is absolutely bowled over!
And...this detail not to go unnoticed...Buds and Bows sent me a picture of the arrangement along with my delivery confirmation without me even requesting it!! Stellar service folks! Not all recipients send pictures of the flowers they receive (even though our friends did), so it's nice to see that you've sent a quality product and that your money is well invested!!
Thank you Buds and Bows staff! Your floral designer is second to none, your delivery specialist is timely, friendly, and professional, and your store policies are tops in your field! The owner of this fine establishment should be so proud! You all set a Gold Star standard for business in today's crazy world!

Florist's Response:

Glad we helped brighten her day. Thank you for this lovely review. Mary Lou & Staff

Absolutely beautiful bouquet!! Roses were stunning!

----
Florist's Response:

Glad you liked the roses. Thank you for this nice review.
