Delivery Policy

Holiday Delivery

To ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), please place your order at least 1-2 weeks prior to the holiday. Our delivery windows fill quickly during holidays. We are closed on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Orders received 1 week prior to holiday, will be delivered on Christmas Eve and Black Friday – for an additional charge.

Same Day Delivery – WEBSITE VS. PHONE ORDERS

If you order online by 11:00 am EST Monday through Friday, same day delivery is available. After 11:00 am EST, please call us to check for “same day” delivery availability for your requested delivery area. For all Saturday deliveries, please order by 12:00 pm EST on Friday.

Specific DELIVERY Times

If you need a specific delivery time, please use the timed delivery section at the checkout. Unfortunately, during major holidays, we are unable to guarantee specific* delivery times. *You may request a time frame, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed during holidays. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Delivery Times

Our normal delivery times are between 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm daily. During major holidays, we offer extended hours and delivery times, but please call to verify.

Funeral Homes

Sympathy orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will call you to have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home, click here for our BLOG post with all Funeral Homes in our surrounding area. We will contact the funeral home, or church, to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing, we will deliver according to the church or funeral home’s instructions.

Banners Funeral Arrangements

Occasionally, printed sympathy ribbons become unavailable. Due to the time-sensitivity of delivering these orders, if a banner becomes unavailable, we will fill your order to value, substituting the banner with more flowers for an even fuller arrangement.

BREVARD COUNTY Schools

Brevard County Schools do not normally accept deliveries for students. Teacher/Staff gifts will be delivered to the main office. Please send teachers’ gifts to school and any student gifts to their residence. Orders going to Brevard County Schools MUST be placed early, as they must be received by 1:00 pm.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address.

PATRICK Space force base

Due to the security and clearance checks required to enter the base, a $39.95 delivery fee will be applied to your order.

If no one is home

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our delivery person will call the recipient of the flowers to let them know they have a floral delivery. If they do not answer, we will call you to make sure it is okay to leave it in a safe covered space. If there is no answer, or leaving it is not an option, we will arrange to redeliver it, at an additional cost.

Incorrect Addresses

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to that address, there is a $10 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Recipient refusal of delivery

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you will be held fully liable for the cost of the gift. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED FLOWERS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Canceling or Changing an Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal.

Recipient may be contacted

In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to leave item at door

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products, due to this special request.

Card Messages

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. This is copied directly from your order. Please be sure to type message correctly and carefully. Please check the spelling of names. We do not include any billing information with your order.
