We couldn’t be more pleased with the caring service and beautiful arrangement for my aunt’s funeral services. We live in Texas and researched florists on the internet. We reached out to Buds & Bows based on ratings, comments and the ability to contact the business by email. I had an “idea” of an arrangement based on my nickname for my aunt and thought it best to put it in writing first. I hit “send” and wondered if I would hear back … and within an hour I received a call from a wonderful individual who had already consulted with the designer on the idea. She was thoughtful, caring, patient and focused on our request. The arrangement was delivered on time and we received a picture upon delivery. Had an excellent ordering experience and they delivered flowers to a local hotel for me next day. The flowers were beautiful and well arranged. There was a slight mistake with the order, though we never noticed, they contacted me later and refunded the difference. I’m impressed with their services but more impressed with their kindness and integrity.
